Our executive coaching consists of tailored one-on-one interactions between coach and leader and usually includes several months of engagement and commitment.
During these months, we provide the resources to complement your knowledge and experience. Most importantly, we work together to broaden your perspective and possibilities. We challenge assumptions, explore values and beliefs, provide an open and safe climate for you to reflect on and talk about concerns and aspirations, and define your expectations for transformation.

Define together your vision, behavioral goals, and specific focus areas that guide the engagement and commitment during the coaching.

Work together to understand the business context and needs and how we connect the individual goals and aspirations with the business goals.

Facilitate your inner resources so you design, develop, and describe your action plan and how you monitor the results that support your specific needs and according to the business goals.

Meet together once every 2-4 weeks online and/or in-person (when possible) for 60-90 minutes to review progress, discuss current challenges, explore new competencies.
You’ll be equipped with thinking and working models, resources, and techniques as needed.

Review together the results on a recurring basis to keep the individual and business goals in focus and assess the quality and the value of our coaching relationship.
You will experience a systemic and structured approach to coaching with a tailor-made plan for you. Our meetings rely on specific hands-on and an energizing experience, from the initial interaction, through engagement, to follow-up and support to ensure the long-term impact is felt and measured – for both you and the organization.
